Data and purposes
When you submit the form, you provide your name and email and, optionally, your company, phone number, message, and services of interest. We use these details to review and respond to your request and take preliminary steps related to a potential contract, where applicable. Submissions go to Fidalgo’s CRM. Please do not include sensitive data in your message.
Browsing and comparing in the cloud tool are open. To download the summary and request a review, we ask for your name and email and send the selected scenario to the CRM, including resources, providers, prices and exchange rates used. Fidalgo may contact you to respond to this request. This does not automatically subscribe you to newsletters. Filters are processed in your browser; only explicit form submission creates a CRM request.
Hosting and abuse prevention may process technical data, such as IP addresses, browser information, and access logs, to operate and protect the website. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify legitimate interactions. These necessary security features work independently of analytics consent, based on the legitimate interest in protecting the service.

When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we keep optional analytics disabled. This implementation does not enable Google advertising personalization features.
Providers and retention
We use Google for Analytics, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and Cloudflare for security verification. These providers may process data outside Brazil.
